Rate process:
* Peak Rates are between May 1 and October 1
* Holidays include Memorial weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and the week
of Fourth of July
* We rent Saturday to Saturday in the months of June, July, and
August
* We have weekend rates from Labor Day (Sept) though Memorial
day (May). Peak rates apply in Sept a and May.
* Taxes of 12% will be added to the rental amount
* A cleaning fee will be added to the rental amount
* If a pet deposit is requested, this will be a separate check that
can be voided out and returned upon final inspection
* A 25 % deposit is required to hold the reservation. The
final amount will be due 30 days prior to the rental.
* A reservation is guaranteed once the deposit has been received and
the confirmation letter has been sent.
