This is a long term rental house located in the Knottywood Lake Community Subdivision.  The house is a 3 brm 1 bath A-frame style home.  It is nestled on two lots that is approximately .68 of an acre of land.  The house has been completely renovated from under the ground and up.  There is a new septic system, new foundation, new deck, new plumbing, new electrical, new HVAC, new appliances, all new bathroom, new carpets/vinyl, new paint, new cabinets, new counter, new lighting, new windows, new doors, new roof and a new mailbox.  We saved the lumber and the siding.  Like all of our homes, this one is build in order to limit maintenance problems for us and our guests.

The house is approximately 1200 square feet.  There are two bedrooms upstairs and the master is located on the main level.  The bathroom is located on the main level.

The house is heated and cooled by electric. The house is serviced by city water and there is not a well on the property.

We ask for a 1 year lease.  All utilities will be in the renters name and responsibility.  Lawn maintenance will be the responsibility of the renter.  We require 1 month security deposit.  The current rent is $650 a month and it is due at the beginning of the month.  We do require references and a background check.
